不锈钢301盐雾测试报告
盐雾试验的步骤：
（1） 采用有机溶剂清洗试样表面,使试样表面无油污和其他对镀层具有腐蚀的物品。
（2） 将试片置于盐雾箱中,试片受试面朝上与垂直线成15º～30º。
（3） 按检验周期规定进行盐雾试验。
（4） 取出试样用流动水轻轻冲洗或用海绵带水轻轻擦拭表面除去盐沉积物,然后在80ºC～ 100ºC干燥30min左右。
（5） 对试样的腐蚀等级给予评判。
